Zayed planned the main objectives to stop the desert march.

The impossible became possible due to H.H. farseeing & strong determination .
Sultan bin Tahnoon inaugurated the agricultural exhibition in Al Ain , and supervised the deliberation of the symposium
Dependency on agricultural products as a source of citizens's income increase.
In the season of 98-1999 the number of farms has been raised to 10,500.
35 million palm trees producing more than 388,000 ton of dates .
The forestation of Al Aain-Abu Dhabi Road started in 1966 The aforesaid area goes up to 45900 hectars,comprising 9,363,600 trees .

" The experts view points and comments were discouraging under the pretext that agriculture could hardly flourish in our soil because of the hardships of the severe desert climate . We said to them:" let us tray and we were successful; of course by the will & Support of the Al Mighty  we were able to change the desert into greenery.. thus we were encouraged to proceed "

By these tiny strong words H .H. sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan the president of UAE depicted a challenging principle for facing whatever impediments that might jeopardize our progress or venture try make it impossible . His, were not only mere words, but they were translated into pleasing & Fascinating tangible realities .
Due to the farseeing & challenging determination the impossible backed down, curved, flexed and allowed itself accessibility to the terrain of the possible. Thus the impossible turned to be possible and the miracle was achieved  the infertile barren desert has become appealing greenery-gardens providing tremendous shades together with profitable and fruitful products orchards, gardens and parks providing ease, comfort and welfare to whoever approaches the premises .
